About me

I was brought up in West Wales and after leaving University, I started my career as a teaboy and runner, whilst being trained as a cameraman for an independent television and corporate company. I am very lucky to have worked with so many wonderful people from all walks of life and, as a cameraman and director, and have travelled the world extensively. In 1991, whilst filming the UK bobsleigh team around the world circuit, I started to work on the other side of the camera and I have been presenting, in both English and Welsh, for nearly 30 years, on television, radio, in corporate and public sector events (including work for the Welsh Government). A more recent development to the work has been hosting, presenting and facilitating onlive events. Life has changed very quickly for all of us and I am pleased to say that I have been successful in adapting my services towards the ever more popular digital and virtual world..and I’m 100% bilingual, which is always useful! I have had the pleasure of knowing Chris just over a year now since he offered to be 'The Host' at Wales first survivor led domestic abuse conference. Domestic Abuse and Violence isn't an easy topic to talk about, but Chris handled the whole day with professionalism, empathy and gave the day the sensitivity that it so rightly deserves. Not only did Chris engage and handle the survivors with such! compassion and kindness but he also was just superb when introducing and talking to professionals in the field. Chris has a magical ability to bring everyone together, he really does light up the room with his professionalism, empathy, and humour.
